You may go the nearest BIR then filled a form for the application for TIN.

Call the BIR hotline at 981-8888. Follow the voice prompt. Or if you're working in a Company, you can always ask your HR or better yet ask for the copyof your tax return. Or you could always check the nearest BIR office, usually its near the municipal hall of any city/town.
