I need new glasses?

is it possible to put the new lenses in my old frames as i really like them and they werent cheap!

Probably. Only way to find out is ask your optician and shop around to see who is offering the best deal. If the actual lens shape has changed much or if the hinges are worn it may not be possible

Sure, it's possible to keep the old frames.  I've done this several times.  Just keep in  mind you will need to hand over the old frames so the new lenses can be placed into them.  Just ask the person who's writting out the order, they'll be happy (should be) to do it for you.

your optician should be able to do this for you, there's no harm in asking.

Of course it is - I have done that for a few years.  I bought Prada frames a couple of years ago and still love them - they have been reglazed several times.

Yes, it is.  We did that for my husband for the same reason( and his lenses are SO expensive! :-( )
