I need some creative brains?

okay I've got a college project to design something new. Ive got two concepts. I need to know what I can improve or change in either of them, and i need a vote in whch one is best.

1.) If an airplane goes faulty the engine and wings seperates from the cabin by explosion so that the whole airplane isnt carried to ground. then a parachute or two slows the cabin down until safe landing. If it lands on ground it has inflatables to make it drift. Inside will be safety gear and emergency packets until help has come.

2.) The second one is an wristband with a receiver and cameras to be installed in businesses so that they can control corruption and crime, whenever a worker does something wrong the camera will pick it up. Also each worker will receive a list of extra work to to, per month, and for each task completed they receive extra money, so that strikes reduces and no one gets unfair pay.

I find out some points to make you strong in your concept.

No.1: Will the parachute be capable to take load of the weight of the airplane??

No.2: That project will be a expensive one. And I think that will create a negative psychological impact on employees that reduces the quality & productivity of delivery (work).

I like number 1. It will save lives. No. 2 is a little too "Big Brother" for me, and is wide open for abuse by some employers.
