Well I met this kid from my school a few months ago. We have stopped talking, but since the other day when I bumped into him. we began talking. But he has a girlfriend. And i happen to think he's cute. so i told him. and he told me that I was hotter. and all the flirting started from there. He always give me hearts and everything, so i give back. We will be like your so cutee and ill be like your the cutest! and he'll be like thats youu!

does this mean he likes me or is just flirting?

You posted this in the wrong forum but I'll give you my opinion anyway.

Of everything you write, the operative sentence here is "BUT, HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND."

It's obvious he's flirting with you and you're enjoying it, so I ask you two questions:

1. Can you trust and respect a guy who HAS a girlfriend yet flirts with another girl?

2. If YOU had a boyfriend who then flirted with another girl, would that still be OK in your book?

This world is full of "cuties." Let your conscience be your guide.
