I need some photo editing help.?

Question

How/where do i go, so I can edit my photos so then they are black and white, but have a piece of the photo, such as a shirt, eyes, nails or something in color?

I dont know if that makes any sence.

if you have facebook or myspace you can use picnik. its very easy :)

Photoshop is the best for doing that! I use it all the time and its dead simple to do.
