I need tennis help please?

ok so i was watching tennis on tv and feel in love with it witch dont happen a lot im 18 and goin to be a sinor iv layed all kinds of sports cross country basketball baseball and track but they dont seem to be intertaing enuf to me so i was hopping to start playing tennis this summer but idk what the h**l to do or where to start i dont got a team at me school or else id start there any 1 know where i can look to teach me a lil about tennis befor i try and go it cold turkey thanks...

yeah, as long as you get a coach you are pretty much into the whole tennis scene.. just get a recquet and when you are good enough your coach will let you know about comps or tournaments.. it's the best sport to get into so yay for you!!

school teams are the worst teams as the players abilties vary heaps and make it hard for you get started etc..

a good book which has heaps on everything to do with tennis is Nick Bolliteris tennis acadamy book it is really useful!! :)
