Im a 14 yr old girl.. I get up at 6 in the morning and go to sleep about 9.30.. I eat really healthy, lots of fruit and veggies, and do 40 mins of pilates every day. What can I do to give myself more energy? Do I need more sleep?

  1. limiting caffeine and processed sugars.

  2. Have you been to see your GP?  There may be nothing wrong, but it is best to get a check up, as a shortage of iron can cause a lack of energy, as can many other physical problems.  A girl your age should really see your doctor and just get things checked out.

  3. Do you drink enough water?

Not drinking enough water can make you very tired

  4. Maybe you have low iron... I do and it makes me feel fatigued. I take an iron supplement and it works very well. See a doc or course!

  5. You can try taking multi-vitamins.  Vitamin B's are the ones that give energy.  But all those veggis and fruits and exercise should make you extremely healthy and full of energy no?

Do you drink caffeine or eat a lot of sugar?  Those are things that can negatively affect your energy even if you eat good and sleep alot.
