I orginally had norton internet

Question

I orginally had norton internet security 2006 in stalled on my PC but when I updated it about 2 weeks ago I have had various problems with it first of all it won't let me use my old product code it still thinks that it s being used. Also when I go on the internet every time a new page opens up it gives me this pop up at the bottom saying Windows Corrupt File and gives me the address of \documents and settings\all users\applicationdata\norton\{0c55c096-0f1d-4f28-aaar-85ef591126e7}\srtsp\srtetmp is corrupt and unreadable. Please run chkdsk utility. But everything I have tried has not worked.
