I purchased the NEXTAR T30. i INSTALLED THE DRIVERS AND RESTARTED MY COMPUTER BUT IT STILL SAYS IT WILL NOT RECONIZE THE DEVICE. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NEXTTHAK YOUJEREMY
