I really really need help!!!! (10 points)?

Question

ok i recorded a video on my video camera, and i want to put it on my digital camera to put it on youtube

do you know any way to take that video on my video camera, and put it on my digital camera or PC? i have a USB cord for it if that would help.

its a cool video of this storm we had, there was a tornado close by, and penny size hail, trees down, fire trucks every where...its cool!!

but yeah anyway do you?

Chances are you need a firewire cable to connect to the firewire port (presuming your PC has one) of your PC.

there should be an output on your video cam of some type. i'm guessing your digital camera has a usb output that would connect to your pc. my suggestion would be to check electronic sites and see if they carry a cord that would connect to your video camera with a female usb on the other end. then you could connect your usb cord to the female end and the other end to your digital camera. most usb cords are male on both ends. the other suggestion i have is to contact customer service for the video camera and see what help they can provide you.

What sort of camcorder is it (make and model number) - there are different ways of doing it.

its simple . connect your usb cord to ur cam and connect it with the usb slot in ur cpu. then ur computer configures ur device and then with autoplay it runs ur device.

next you open the usb drive copy ur video and paste it in the drive u wanna . the go and upload the video from u tube from the location u pasted the video.

well u cud take ur memory card from your video camera if it has one thn plug it into ur digi camera then plug the usb from ur digi camera into the computer???

Does ur video camera have a memory card in it?? does ur video camera plug into ur computer???

Do you have the driver for your video camera? If not, download it from the web, install it on your pc then attach your video camera to your pc...

After that, open windows movie maker and click on "Import Video" and then it should guid you through the rest of the process...

Once you have your video on your hard disk, you can upload it on Youtube.
