Question

I recently purched a CECT -P168 Tri-Band Cell Phone. This device should be plug and play for XP Operating systems, where the phone will show up on the computer as a mass storage device. However when I connect the phone to the computer via USB cable, I am getting a message which indicates the following (USB Device Not Recognised - The device has malfunctioned). Further checks states that no drivers are downloded for the phone. Could any one provide advice on info no how to correct this problem. Or where i can drivers for the phone.
