I renewed my Norton subscription

I renewed my Norton subscription yesterday which has downloaded correctly. I also purchased the basic Edition Upgrade which downloaded ok but I am unable to instal it.I keep getting a message saying corrupt file.Can you help me please.Mary Kirby
