I said goodbye?

Question

I said goodbye because he doesn't open up. we communicate well about everything else, joke, politic, life everything but himself.

i known him for 6 months and he said he is not looking but he can't seem to get his hands off me and tease me. i made him stop touching me. He said because of school and school is out now and he said because of his work and i ask him what he does and he said it doesn't really matter. so i never asked him again. I tried to make plan to talk things out but he said maybe and that weekend he didn't even call to say something came up or whatever.

I test him, he said he was out of town.

So i email him and said goodbye and wished him the best. now i want to email him back and say i didn't mean what i said but i feel that might be a wrong idea. I feel that it will be nice to know how his life is so i can understand him more, he is not opening up

You think that by telling him goodbye that's somehow going to make him open up?  Some guys just don't open up!  Some of them are perfectly nice, and I'm telling you, if you had yourself a guy who wasn't cheating on you, wasn't abusing you, wasn't deep in financial debt, and you LET HIM GO, you lost a good thing.  Some of us are never satisfied with the good that is sent into our lives.  We throw out our contentment and beg for something more, as the song says.

Go on now. You have called off the relationship. Go find a guy who you feel is open.  Let a woman who can appreciate a good man and not demand perfection enjoy the one you sent away.

You pretty much summed up why he doesn't open up. It is lack of trust and you did what he likely was expecting you to do. This is all too common. He simply doesn't trust you. Probably won't for a long time now.

Well instead of testing him with things that only women can understand try asking him to open up. Start with non-committal things like favourite childhood memories... Things that make him laugh. that sort of thing.

If you want to email him or call him to apologize for the email, it is just fine, but well, also be prepared to be really good at it and be honest about your feelings.

It's perfectly fine that you're wanting more out of the realtionship, if it's truly mutual. Should at least tell him what you want out of the relationship instead of hoping he'd get it... (Face it he's a Virgo, they're the practical type, but unless if they have intuition at their aid, they're pretty much clueless unless if you place post it notes with instructions where to find you secret heart!)

Don't string up those traps that make him think it's really ok, and when he does, you're going to get mad at him for not knowing better... He won't get it.

Virgos take very long to show you themselves. They dont like to be vulnerable and showing you all of them makes them that way and relinquishes control which we hate. If you want to be with him then you will have to accept that he may open up later or not at all, if this won't work for you, then you did the right thing and of course your going to miss him, but that will pass. I think he will probably reach out to you at least once more because by breaking up with him you sort of took control, which he might try to get back or just get a clear understanding that this is what you really want. He's also close to a Leo who have so much pride you might never hear from him again. Either way come to a decision and stick to it, even if its hard.

He is a Virgo and they don't open up easily. I have the same problem but he was very open in the beginning and suddenly he became a close book.
