I started yesterday.?

I started my period yesterday and it has been really bugging me. I want to tell my mom but I don't know when and how. My 3 brothers and sisters are always bothering her with it. I have no older sister to talk to about it or anything . What should i do?

get your mom alone and tell her about your period. she needs to know. she will be helpful to you in the long run.

oh gosh..if u havent told ur mom, then are what are u using? are you using pads or ne thing? u shuld DEFINITELY tell your mom. she will help you thru it. shes been thru it 2...jst be like Hey Mom, I Started. she will be excited 4 u. hang in there hun.

Just say something like "Hey mom, could you pick up some pads/tampons for me when you go to the store?" or "Can you get me a calendar to mark off my time of the month?" I know it definitely feels weird or scary, but your mom won't be surprised at all. I wish I'd known that. She'll just be like "Oh, sure honey" It's no big deal! I don't know why I was hesitant to tell my mom either.
