I tried to turn on my shuffle but got a orange/green blinking light. I reset the ipod but no change. I connected it to my computer but the computer no longer recognized it (no icon appeared on desk top). I restarted the machine but no change. I tried to update the ipod but I could not install new software because the computer did not recognize the ipod. The ipod blinks orange when connected to the iMac. Besides this, i try to restore my ipod shuffle i cancel it to restore it because it take too long times. Second i tries to restore i, there is an eror. After that, i go look at my userbook show a website that ipod reset utility. I try to download and its does work.
