I truned on my ACER

I truned on my ACER EXTENSA 5420 and it would not boot. The Acer insignia with the white screen popped up but just sits there. Eventually, the system will change screens and later a black screen pops up saying: PXE-E61: MEDIA TEST FAILUREPXE-M0F: EXITING PXE NOWOperating System not foundThe system sits there and does nothing.I have tried numerous things with no results. Any advice?
