I've got beast blood in me my dads 6 4 and 26 inch arms will running and free running stunt my growth. Because I wanna grow to be the big.

  1. I dont advice free running because its dangerous. I suggest you run middle distance because of your good height.

    Triathlon is better than free running.


  2. Running for running's sake can be mentally tough if you're a teenager (it seems pretty purposeless;-) ).

    Why don't you expend your energy on some games? Running after a ball makes more fun. It will prepare your body for running at a later age.

    And of course, the ultimate sport that will make you fit and strong   which you can take up at any age is rock climbing.

  3. Well, it depends on how old you are. If you are younger than 12 than I wouldn't put in to much running because it could hurt your growth plates. (so no more than 2 miles a day) if you are older than 12 than you really don't have to worry about it all to much. Over 15 it is actually a really good thing for you. It will help you tone your muscles. Good luck
