i go to drama school, and am going to go to a better one called rose bruford shortly.( i think thats how you spell it). for my birthday i want to try and get into a agency called international creative managment. its REALLLLYYYYY good and has alot of stars signed up with it like orlando bloom, halle berry and mel gibson, for example. i live in london so i would go to the office there. anyway my question is what can i do to make them sign me up and do you think i have a chance to succed if i went there. thanks x x x x x x x

Yes,  in London there are two new principle areas of invest

  for top talented performance.  One is managing others,

   deejays are actually exceptionally short of acts that stay

   within the audience demands, like music one can hear.

   Also goth, dress up shows has moved in one year to the

   studios.  Clubs with higher profile like Sheraton, Ramada,

   Radisson, Hearth, Royal have asked the members to be

   patient that there is so much teen music.  Though some

  actresses have come up with a good idea.  That is the

   fashion runway in a byte.  Songs, advertisements and

   jingles have just now come forward to sponsor their own

   payrolls, and sites that can win with one formula and that

   is anniversary shows.  A show on each saturday or even

  every Easter can be done so the public keeps the tradition.

   With this good salesmanship some actresses have made

   new companies like Madonna, or BBC  Pop star into a

   regular performing, lite rehearsal business.  BBC Beatles

   are now buying new acts, as well as other oldees like

   Eric Clapton, or Stevee Wonder.  The club you mention has

   a steady response to those that are well rehearsed and

   use lite and popular music.  Family music and shows is best.

You're still in drama school and, judging by your use of the English language, still quite young.  

Wait until you get older, and you actually have good credentials for education.  People like Mel Gibson take college courses in acting and have masters in everything from acting skill to speaking, and many in music and dance as well.  

Just wait until you're older.  No one is as talented as they think they are -- give yourself time to actually get through acting school before you expect an agent.
