if you have the money hire someone. I do that and its a breeze! But if you cant then simply say you will. its is YOUR horse.

just say that you are going to look after it and muck it out and the job at the stable is a good idea!

You are. You can't say you want a horse and tell someone else to look after it! at least i think that's what you mean! Anyway even if you do get a horse good luck!

If you can afford a horse, food, tack,(saddle,bridle,blanket) vet bills, shots, and shoeing. you can probably afford to hire some kid to come by each day and feed and curry and exercise your horse.
