I want a lip piercing...

Question

I asked my mum if I could get a lip piercing... she said she thinks that I should get a stud in the middle of my lip but I want a hoop on the side of my lip... but I dont know what one im getting done because I wanted to know which one is easier to get in and out?

they're both the same difficulty to take off and on.

but just get the one you like better! :]

i think a stud is better , it wont , but a hoop is more in style! but the stud wont take time

A stud i WAY easier to put in and take out. And it isnt as painful [when its healing]

When u have the hoops, u have to slide it around and close it, which hurts. With a stud, you just put it in, then put the back in. Its easier to handle.

Hoops especially hurt when u just get them... i had to take mine out to eat cus it hurt alot... then it was a pain in the @$$ to put back in.

I think they are both the same as far as taking them in and out. I think you should get the one on the side of your lip though...♥

I heard that a libret (one in the center) can mess your teeth up. Personally I think they look good but I like my teeth lol

I've seen somebody with a ring in the middle and I thought that looked awesome. I've also seen people with studs on the side and it looked good too. Studs are easier to get in and out. location doesn't change that.

You should ask a professional piercer which one would look better on you. They have no reason not to be honest, I've even heard there are some that wont give you a certain piercing if they know it will look awful on you, or at least try really hard to change your mind!

they are the same but the one on the side would be less painful.

and i think it looks alot better than the middle ones
