If you have to ask whether this is a good site to get it from then you probably should be downloading from it.  The best place to get anything for your ipod is from itunes.  Now you probably know that you have to pay to download television shows, however I think its well worth it.  I would rather download from a safe means instead of downloading from a website where the files could be downloaded illegally leading to more problems.  Also itunes is not all that expensive.  I believe its $1.99 for a television show, $0.99 cents for music, and you can get pod casts for free.  I would say go for itunes, its safe and its inexpensive.  It also has a section for sports so you may find football footage on itunes..

unfortunately, it's really hard to get full NFL games online.
