First of all you need to improve your grammer, believe me its not a put down, your employment will be affected because of this, now you have to pass an english exam to enter Canada. As for other information google it and you will have a whole lot of information from which you can choose. Its all there on the internet.

Please stay where you are, we have enough problems with the situation as it is.

In a few years we will have a shortage of workers, then it will be right to come here.  Until then, wait for an invitation.
