I want to change my profession...?

i'm willing to work from the bottom up. i'v been offered a job in a retail store, are there any home courses i can do to to get further up the ladder? i live in scotland if this make any difference! thanks for your help! x

First, I'd recommend you do some testing to see what type of work best suits your personality and behavior and skills.  Check out an article on yahoo with free test links:

It's much easier to look at the training after you've narrowed down your focus.
