I want to get a blackberry?

i want to get a BlackBerry Pearl but i don't know how much the plan will be, i am on Bell Canada

do u have to get the internet access rate plan for it, which is 15.00 a month

i don't need to use the internet for it, so i don't want to have to pay for it

plz help!

Your best bet would be to pick up the phone and call the company or go to a store and talk with a sales associate.

well for one thing they raised the price on internet im pretty sure.  its like 30 a month.  Secondly yes blackbery's are nice but  in about a year u have spent as much on the plan as the pearl costs thats whyy i didnt get one even though i really wanted it.

I would go with a blackberry bold.  It's new and it has more features than the pearl.

I have a blackberry pearl and my plan is T- mobile. And you can your top 5 in thier for unlimited calls. Yes, Blackberry Pearl is a good choice for a 17 year old!
