  1. 5-6 small healthy meals a day. (Fruits, veggies, and anything with protein)

    Don't have sugary stuff as those can increase love handles.

    Exercise and work out regulary.


  2. Hi Ki Ki :3 I have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks. I mainly stay away from breads & anything with starchy things. I drink lots & lots of water, up 1 gal, a day.

    anything with sugar like cool aid, lemon aid, soda's of any kind they make your teeth dissolve, like soda's eat the enamel off of your teeth & make them brittle. slack up on too much breads.
