I want to move to london?

How much would it cost to rent a small 2 bedroom flat, nothing fancy just somewhere to sleep as we would spend most our time working.

What area is best to live in?

The price really depends on where you're living.  It could be anything from a few pounds a week for some areas to hundreds or even thousands for others.

If you have the money, Kensington is a nice place to live.  Very posh.

where i live just within m25 you're looking at £900-£1000 pcm easy thats without council tax and bills.

London is extremely expensive.  If you move to any business hub city, Manhatten, Bombay, Londan, Paris, then you have to pay out the nose.  In London I had a bud that lived there.  He claimed he paid almost 2000 U.S dollars a month in rent, tax, and utilities, and it was more compact then the college dorm room he use to have.  You may want to look into a Hostel.  Which is sort of like a YMCA for us.

you wont find anywhere for under £1000 with all bills included (ie if a place is advertised at £800, expect to pay another £200 for council tax, leccy, gas etc).
