I want to open a bakery...?

Hi, So, i want to open a bakery after college. First, i want to know what college to go to. Like, a cooking school or a business school. Also, i want to travel the world to find recipes that came from older times. I want my bakery to be all old fashioned and stuff. I want to make chocolate from cacao beans right there in my shop. I want to do all sorts of things from ancient recipes that i learn on my trips. One problem, i have no clue where to go and i don't know how to get in touch with the people that could tell me how to make these things. What do i DO???!

check out Johnson & Wales, enroll and study for a year abroad (France?) it could always go towards your culinary degree...or be daring and move to France and study under the pastry chefs there, they have tons of cooking schools to choose from...your idea sounds brilliant but will definately take hard work so- brace yourself & Godspeed!!!

This chocolate blog has everything you need and want to know about chocolate. But you just have to take the time into looking thru its archives and reading stuff like the history of chocolate and the effects it has. And of course they have recipes, history, facts, and miscellaneous knowledge.
