If your talking West Indian roti, then I would find a place that sells West Indian foods and makes roti, they can forward you to a place they make it, I live here in Toronto Canada and we have a large west and east indian population, an one makes a different one than the other, so you have to be clear.

Now if that is not possible, drop me a line and I can give you a recipe, fairly simple to make your own for roti, doubles and other west indian snacks.
