The only way I know of is to buy a ticket and hope that your numbers come up.

All those emails we get telling us we have won such and such lottery will not bring a penny. All they will succeed in doing is taking your money if you reply to them.

The only way to win i'm afraid is buy a ticket with the winning numbers, which unless you are very very lucky or psychic isn't very likely!

Buy 20 million tickets, and maybe you can win....but make sure the lottery is worth more than 20 million, it would be pointless to buy 20 million tickets and the prize was only 5 million.
