I went over the pavement(sidewalk)?

its a brand new car and i feel bad

it made a big noise and i wanna kno what possible could go wrong in the car?

Bent rim, damaged tire and alot of other things, just take it to any shop and ask them to put it on a lift for you so that they can inspect it for you.

check your oil pan!

check the underside of the engine section for any damage. Then check the wheels, I.E the rims to see if you have dented them, also the tyres them self's you may have split the tyre wall or other damage.

check the tracking of the front wheels as well. I.E does the car drive in a straight line on a flat straight piece of road if you let the steering wheel run freely through you hands.

If it pulls hard to the left or right then u will need to get it sorted out. if your in the UK it will pull ever so slightly to the left as most roads are curved that way for water to drain off.I'm guessing if you drive on the right it will pull very slightly to the right.

The chances are if you were not going very fast you will not have damaged anything.
