I work with babies.........?

Question

I just want some ideas on xmas displays. All I think of is santa got stuck up the chimney and santa and his reindeer. Any other ideas as these have been done before. Thank you in advance in help you can give me.

I would stay away from anything considered reotely religious. Also no sants as santa is tied to Christmas and religion is a nono.

I would do candy canes and snowmen ansd snowflakes.

Decorate a paper wreath with green fingerpainted baby hand prints. (write each one's name under the prints)

Or, a paper christmas tree with red handprints.

(these could get messy)

Or, you could start a canned food drive for the poor: decorate a box to look like a chimney, put Santa at the top, and ask people to fill the box with non-perishable food items.

You could take each child's picture with a polaroid, cut out the picture in a circle, and make it into an ornament to hang on the class christmas tree.

It's always great when you can involve the children in displays and decorations. Good Luck!
