IF your building has been sold???

Question

The building you're livin in were slowly being emptied of tenants, would you stay in an empty building? or would you leave? Girls: would you feel "unsafe" in an empty building with only one other tenant?

If this is the case the owners will probably very much want you to leave.  Maybe you could offer to leave if they paid you (last months rent free, or something - they'd likely be very glad to do this to get you to move on so the building could be sold sooner).  Beyond that, whether you feel unsafe or not is your call.  If the building is in a nice area maybe its fine, but if its a marginal area to begin with then maybe this is a problem.  Just use your judgement but its hard for us to answer this without knowing the area where you live.
