ILO IWF2706 television blows fuse

Question

I replaced the fuse with the exact type and it still blew the fuse. I am needing a schematic to diagnose problem. I have no idea what a deguass coil is and that is the first thing i was told to check. I have a list of 5 things that could be wrong but I can't check the items if i dont know what they are. this is a 2006 model and i have had it for a year and a half. worked great one night, the next morning it was dead.
