IN SCIENCE..WHAT IS THE TREND?

i HAVE A SCIENCE ASSIGNMENT DUE TOMORROW BUT I DONT KNOW WHA A TREND OR PATTERN IS. My experiment is about yeast and how much the dough will rise when a certain amount of yeast is added. so what would the trend for this experiment be??? please please help because i need it!!

Find the percentage change in volume which is expected from adding different amounts of yeast to the bread mixture.

A trend should emerge from the collection and analysis of that type of data.

Well I'm guessing that trend and pattern are the same thing so I would say how your project is progressing and how your yeast rises in a period of time. That's all I can think of. Hope this helps, sorta.
