  1. no ways

you have to see this error, when someone trying to setup tcp/ip with your ip address, which is already used by you

try to notify your support service about this

  2. Your using wireless and somebody is getting on that same network

  3. there should never be some one else on your network with the same IP address. Since I'm not sure how you are connected, (at work, home, router, no router, etc) I am going to walk you through the steps to repair your connection on your end. I am going to assume you are using Windows. Go to start ->run and type in cmd and hit enter. This will bring up the command prompt. type in ipconfig/release. this tells you computer to stop using the current IP address. Once that commend runs, the next command will be ipconfig/renew. This tells the computer to ask for an ip address form either the router or network owner. You can alternatively do this through the GUI. Start -> Control Panel. Select Network Connections and then select the one for your Network connection you are using. It will probably e something like Local Area Connection or Wireless Network Connection. Select the one the is your connection and then select the Support Tab. Click repair. This will go through the commands I told you about. Good luck.

  4. In Run type 'cmd' without the quotes.

In the command window type:  ipconfig /release

    and press enter

    now type ipconfig /renew

    and press enter
