IPhone 2.0 Software Update Deletes?

I already purchased the iPhone 2.0 Software Update. It said that it deletes all MUSIC & VIDEOS etc. sadly, i have no library that has every thing that i have on my ipod on my computer. So now I really cant use the Update.

is there a way to transfer atleast my music & videos on my ipod to my itunes on pc?

  1. yeah you just click 'transfer purchases' when you hook up your ipod onto your pc

  3. The update procedure is quite simple. Connect the handset to the PC, open up your iTunes application, and simply click on the update button that appears in the iPhone menu in iTunes. Do remember to back up your data first.
