IPhone on a Family Plan?

My familiy has a family plan on AT&T and I was thinking about getting an iPhone. Do I need an entirely seperate plan or just a data thing? Thanks for the help and by the way, Im not the main line so yeah

  1. Yes, you can put the iPhone as a secondary phone on a Family Talk voice plan.  You just have to add the iPhone data package
