Just bought a new iPhone, so I had to update my iTunes to version 7.7.1.11
It seems like every time I update my iTunes, something gets screwed up – I should also mention that I am PC user.
Anyway, iPhone works great, but when I went to sync my iPod, 100 random tracks could not be found. I located some of these tracks in iTunes, they were notated with an exclamation point as if they were indeed missing, however, when I double clicked these tracks, they played fine, and the exclamation point went away. I thought, great, problem solved. Unfortunately, when I synced the iPod again, I got the same error still with 100 songs missing, only this time, the songs were different!
The songs are random tracks – some from ripped cds, some from imported mp3s – totally random.
I tried updating my iPod software, but it didn’t fix the problem.
Anybody have a similar problem, or maybe even a solution?
