Hi,
I have a Canon IR2016 which shows everytime I turn it on "Download Standby". The problem has started since current dropped out, I guess my copier is waiting for some update of his firmware but I don't know how to do that.
Canon company has told me to send the copier to them, but it is a bit complicated because Canon workshop is too far, around 1000 Km.
I am searching for another mean than sending my copier to Canon to solve my issue, I would appreciate very much if someone could help me.
