  1. god or Allah in islam created animals and plants and us (human) to live together. but, there is a specific function of each creature. and there are animals which created for food. to fullfill the human's need. so, become veggie cause you dont want to hurt them is not really important as long as you eat the animals that islam has said (not all animals).

from my opinion, becoming veggie will make u lost some protein, vitamin, mineral or any unsure that our body needs but they do not consist in plants/vegetables. just enjoy your life and be grateful for everything god has given.^^

  2. I have been a vegetarian for about 2.5 years, and I think it has been a great decision I made in my life.  I not only lost some weight, but my body overall feels a lot more healthy.  I suggest becoming vegetarian, and I highly recommend at least trying it for a while.  I have a feeling you will thank yourself if you really want to do it.  You shouldn't let other people change your mind about something you believe in.

  3. Yes, God (or Allah) may have given us dominion over other animals but The Queen of England has dominion over her subjects, and that doesn't give her the right to torture and kill them. 'Dominion' doesn't give us a right to do what we want to animals; it means that we should have reverence for them and protect them.

And yes other animals do eat other animals but we don't really take our moral cues from other animals, do we? Some animals fight territorial battles to the death, some eat their young, and some kill their partners after having s*x. We don't follow animals in those behaviors, so why would we follow the behavior of some animals to eat other animals?

  4. I think its one of the best desisions you can make in your life.

but its all up to you!

  5. if you become vegetarian animals will still be killed anyway so i think people who become vegetarian because they dont want to "hurt" animals are just plain stupid. You might not hurt them but the slaughterhouse will! besides, meat tastes gooood :)

  6. totally up to you.

i'm only vegetarian because i personally cannot handle sitting there with a dead animal on my plate.

however i do think that it is completely fine to kill an animal if you're ging to eat it.

it's a way of life and has been done for years.

but killing an animal and not doing anything with it (foxhunting) is completely unacceptable and disrespectfull.you can also get suplement vitamins that you would normally get in meat.

not in tablets but in other foods. such and tofu and things.X

  7. ok, first of all, what do YOU think? Not your friend or strangers on the internet..what do you think? Do you enjoy meat?

(PS. I agree animals eat animals. I have no problem eating meat. Its why we were given dominion over the beasts.)

  8. being a veggie will make u defecient in some B-complex vitamines which are only found in animal proiducts.

Besides being a non-veg is actually good for health provided u eat ur greens as well.

  9. I stopped being a vegetarian yesterday after 3 months. For some people it is hard (health wise) to exclude meat from your diet. I watched my diet so much, proteins and irons, and I still felt like **** (sleepy, pale faced, sick). I had to give it up. I still think eating animals is terrible. You sould try being one.
