The sentence is NOT grammatically correct because it ends in a prepositional phrase. Most people will think this sentence is correct, and indeed, most teachers will not correct end prepositions anymore, since too many people make the error. It's one of those mistakes that has become so common that it's not regarded as an error anymore. The best way to rephrase the sentence would be "That's the only thing on which the devil and I agree." You could also say upon (it does sound better), but that's pretty archaic.

Being in eight grade, Level 1 (the best) I'm pretty sure it is NOT grammatically incorrect, but I would rephrase it because it has that awkward feeling of being wrong. But it's perfectly fine :)

The sentence is absolutely correct.

For literary effect, you could use 'upon' instead of 'on'. However, most grammarians agree that you should use “upon” sparingly.
