Ibook and mobile internet sharing

I've just acquired an ibook, mac os x (version 10.4.7) is it possible to connect from my mobile to the internet, using internet sharing on my mobile is a HTC Tytn II.

Yes, it is more than definitely possible to do so. Even so your HTC has 3g capable speeds it's not capable of providing your computer adequate internet speeds for your web browser.

  

   even though it's alot slower than broadband i'll give you directions. This type of connection is called "dial up."

(this is how it is on a windows system, not sure about macbook.)

1. go to start

2.go to control panel

3.go to network and internet connections

4.set up or change your connection

5. add "dial up " connection.

6. follow the wizard.

It's not liek this on a macbook, Just use things that are similar.
