Does anyone actually believe these skulls are humans that used the binding method?

The volume of the human skull cannot be incresed.

  1. Those skull have indeed a bigger looking skull, but if you see them from the front side, you will notice that what they gain in height they lose it in wideness. Their skulls are much tinner than normal skulls, since they are bind at a very young age (before the complete sutures of cranial segments).


  2. Yes I do believe thay were human and I know they used a simple ring binding method.

    While volume was not increased, the pressure and thus the density increased...and that is the secret! nm

  3. I've not heard of the Inca skulls, but the Mayan skulls of Nobility were all bound to create a different skull appearance & set them apart from the common people.

  4. Yes I believe they are human.  I have examined the casts of these Peruvian skulls. (made by Bone Clones) The binding of the parietals gave the elongated appearance and thus perception of increased volume.
