  1. h**l yeah! I knew a kid that started in 9th grade and he had no hockey experience at all. Just learn to stop right.

  2. Go for it! Why not, right? I knew a 6-year-old that was on an ice hockey team and he was d**n good at it! If he can do it, so can you.

  3. Sure! just make sure you work on stopping. That's the biggest thing people converting to roller hockey have problems with, and Coaches hate those big turns roller hockey players use to slow down.

Edit: Do not give best answer to Yo. What he's doing is called point gaming, and it's against the rules here. And his is a pretty bland answer that shouldn't get BA anyway.

  4. anything is possible but one thing you should b aware of is that there is shitting in ice hockey and its a lot tuffer to manuever on ice skates with a puck thn it is roller hockey

    good luck though

  5. Jeff was right on about the stopping thing. Most kids I have seen make the switch from roller to ice have great hands and can dangle very nicely, sometimes too much. You should work on stopping on both sides. Also learn how to take a hit and give a hit. Check out USA Hockeys web site about hitting. Good luck and keep your head up!

  6. sure.....but you better have a good dentist when your older

p.s. can i have the best anwer

  7. I think you'll do great I started Ice Hockey at 12 and made it to the Jr. A Level.

    Good Luck Man!!!

  8. Of course! You dont need to be 14 and older 2 be a good hockey player. it is worth it!
