haveing a problem with a dell precision workstation 650 was using a scsi harddrive that would not load windows (had to keep the windows xp cd in for it to boot )i decided to add a 500 gb internal pata hard drive while keeping the scsi in as a master , i find that the bios sux but besides that the bios will find the 500 gb hard drive , then the computer will boot to windows xp , but windows xp will not find or mount the pata 500 gb hard drive is this a problem with windows , or a conflict with the scsi / ata hard drives ??or did i just forget some things ??
