Ideas on Babymoons anyone?? ?

Question

I want to plan a Babymoon for my bf and I before the baby arrives, but i dont know where? Does anyone have any ideas? I've already looked for the hotels that have the spa and babymoon packages but they are either too far away like Hawaii or Mexico, Has anyone gone on one that was amazing or is planning to go on one too, let me know where you're going and if it's expensive or not, i need ideas.

I am not sure which state you are in but there is a website called babymoonfinder.com which offers searches for all but 9 of the 50 states and has foreign locations.  Hope it helps.

I've never heard it called a "Babymoon" before....but now that I know what you mean.  I just planned a night away at a resort town about an hour away from where we lived at the time for my second child.  Partly because we just needed to get away, and partially because I was graduating from school and needed a reward.  We planned it for May 31, and my graduation was on May 26, so the following weekend.  Well, plans aside my water broke on graduation night and I had a baby instead of attending my college graduation.  My son was born 6 weeks early and spent some time in the NICU...so instead of getting away as a reward, we spent a night away at the order of the nurses in the NICU because we needed some "us" time.  

Bottom line, wasn't as planned, but we still had a good time, and kept our phones close by to keep in contact with the hospital to make sure our little guy was doing well.  He's 3 now :)
