Identify these wild mushrooms?

I found these growing on my lawn that was recently put into sod they are all over the entire area mostly in little groups but a few single ones. The mushrooms are all about the size of a quarter up to an inch and a half in cap size and have about 2 - 3 in stalks. They start light beige with a tan dot in the middle of the cap and end up getting dark with a light coloured ring around the center of the cap. The cap its self is very thin and so are the fins. I think it's lettuce
