If a twin has a baby..?

If a twin man and a twin woman have a baby..

And then the other twin man and the other twin woman have a baby..

Will their kids look exactly alike?

the only how that would happen is if lets say number 34 egg in the both females get fertilized by number 4million sperm in both males...this is highly unlikely.

Probably not. Genes still shuffle around a lot. Genetics can even reach back several generations, and you can end up with a baby that looks just like your great grandmother. :)

Possibly, but not necessarily.  Genetics are quite a complicated thing.  If the two sets of twins were identical than the children of both couples would share the same genetic DNA.  Genetically they would be like siblings more than they would be like cousins.  I am sure you know many families with multiple children.  The same man and the same woman have 2 or more kids.  Sometimes those children bear a great deal of resemblance and other times they are as different as night and day despite having the same mom and dad.  That's how it would be with the children born to identical twins married to identical twins.  The children would genetically be like siblings, but that doesn't mean they would look alike any more than 2 children born to the same couple would look alike.

no, sometimes children dont look like either one of their parents, sometimes they can look like a relative, the only way 2 kids can ever look exactly alike is if they are twins themselves.

No I don't think so. Gentics has a lot to do with it. Somtimes it skips generations. The baby can look like, your mother or father or grandmother.

Interesting, though.  My Sister and I each have daughters, hers is 9 years old and mine is 9 months and their fathers are brothers.

No but they could look similar I'm guessing. My cousin and I have kids that are a couple of months apart and they also look similar, also my brother in law has a little girl around the same age as my son and they could pass for brother and sister. People don't have to be twins for their kids to look exactly alike. I think it determines how strong the genes are in the family.
