how many days,weeks, or years would a 17 year old guy get if found selling crack cocaine!?

i kno it depends on the amount they found u with ! but.. u know. like how long will u be in jail? give me a couple of amount and examples..?

bill clinton passed a law that anybody caught selling drugs does a mandatory 3 years,and serves the full sentence. so that would be the minimum, and i know a guy who went to jail for selling weed, he had to do the mandatory 3 years, and then another 3 years on probation, and they didnt even find a large amount on him. but its not just the jail time that gets you, that follows you around for life, makes it almost impossible to get a job later. think about what you are doing and the long term consequences caused by it.

at 17 they will give you an adult sentence.

Well lets look at it this way.

17-18 will be at the local youth prison.

18-21+ will be with the bog boys at the House of the Rising Sun.

Depending on your state and weather they want to make an example of you you can get from 4 to 20 years and sometimes life w/o parole.

In Texas, you get caught with as little as one gram of the white stuff and you can go to jail for life!  In New York, up to 15 years. Is it worth that kind of risk?
