  1. Yes you can still attend university and receive a degree.  If you are not in the US legally the school may report you, if your in US legally then all is fine.

You can visit www.uscis.gov for the proper applications for your case.

  2. Student Visa.

  3. Yes.  You can attend an American college as long as you are legally in this country.

If you are an illegal alien, no.  You must return home and apply to come back with a student visa.  If by some fluke you are able to get a degree, being an illegal, you would never be able to use it in the U. S. of A.

  4. Theres a problem with that:

You can NOT stay in the USA for even a year and study unless you have a Student Visa or other visa, like a Marriage Visa etc.

Unless you have a long term visa you will only be able to stay as a tourist which I believe is a maximum of 90 days.

If you are really serious about studying in the USA then seriously think of applying for a Student Visa. You will have to consider also the cost of your stay which consists not only of college fees, which themselves are expensive but also the cost of a place to stay and feeding/clothing yourself etc etc etc for the whole period of your stay in the USA.

    Not cheap :-(

    Good luck

  5. You can attend to any university having your green card , don't worry. good Luck in your test!

  6. All US universities accept foreign students. You come with an F-1 student visa.
